The repair technicians were professional and courteous as they replaced the broken part in our dryer, bringing it back to working order. However, I had already informed them of the make, model, and error code of our machine, as well as performed a hard reset, before their arrival. Despite this, they quickly arranged an appointment for the following day and arrived within the agreed-upon time frame. After performing the same hard reset, they confirmed what we already knew and ordered the replacement part, which took a week to arrive. Once the part came in, they promptly replaced it. Although I would have appreciated the option to prepay for the replacement part beforehand to expedite the process, this was a minor issue. Overall, it was frustrating to be without a dryer for two weeks.
