The man who arrived at my house was very pleasant. Although he was running a few hours late, he informed me well in advance of my appointment. His communication skills were excellent. He resolved the problem within ten minutes by removing the obstruction from the drain and resetting the disposal button. His honesty was impressive, and I paid the service fee without any hesitation. I would gladly hire him again.
