The individual was pleasant enough and successfully installed an ecobee device for me without any issues. However, I had requested an appraisal for a larger project yet after 10 days of constant messaging, I was met with complete silence. Ultimately, he failed to deliver and subsequently missed out on a potential job due to his unprofessionalism.
