Although the work was completed, I was fortunate that my tenants noticed stains and other issues that had to be fixed quickly. As a result, the final cost fluctuated several times. Despite the satisfactory outcome, what should have been a hassle-free assignment for me as the client turned out to be a demanding one that necessitated a lot of attention.

The back of a two-story home, along with the back patio, porch and driveway, had been infested with mildew and Richard Anderson's job of pressure washing proved to be a remarkable one. To top it off, we were extremely grateful for his impromptu service on a Saturday, when the original company we had hired couldn't make it.
