After recently moving into our new home, a couple of contractors advised us that we required mold remediation in our garage attic. We contacted Pur360 and Mike arrived to inspect both the main and garage attic. He took pictures of the attics and presented us with his findings. Mike concluded that our main attic was in impeccable condition, with no mold or any signs of contamination, while the garage attic showed some mold growth on one of the joists close to our half bath exhaust. However, Mike deduced that the mold issue was most likely due to the joist being wet upon installation and not due to any moisture concerns from the half bath. He provided his honest opinion on how we could resolve the problem in our garage attic. We commend Mike for his transparency and honesty in handling our estimate and would highly recommend Pur360.
