Katie exceeded all expectations as our day-of wedding coordinator. She worked closely with the events manager at our venue to ensure a seamless execution of the planned sequence of events. Additionally, Katie was responsible for coordinating with our photographer, DJ, florist, bakery, and other vendors to ensure everyone was in sync. When it started raining and we were concerned about having to move the wedding indoors, Katie kept us calm and reassured us that everything would be fine. She also handled the unexpected departure of our officiant due to weather delays with great poise. Throughout the wedding, Katie was involved in setting up and cleaning up, ensuring we didn't leave any items outside the venue. We highly recommend Katie for all your wedding planning/coordination needs! She is a true professional who is well-organized, punctual, and responsive. Above all, she is a complete sweetheart!
