Working with the entire team was delightful from beginning to end. Onder was very informative and presented us with various budget-friendly choices. David executed the installation of our quartz expertly, and even proposed transforming our breakfast bar into an island, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. Our new island looks stunning! I had an alright experience working with Provino Granite. However, things went downhill during the installation process of three countertops in my home. Despite communicating my preferences for faucet holes in each room, the drilling was not done correctly. I specifically requested a one hole faucet in the half bath and a three hole sink in the bedroom, but it ended up being the opposite. Furthermore, the sink included in the quote for the kitchen made installation difficult for the plumber. The holes were not centered and located near the wall where piping was, requiring the plumber to redo the piping. Two different plumbers mentioned this issue to me. While the countertops were ultimately installed, I did encounter a few problems along the way.

Before I even hired Provin, I knew I would leave a glowing review. After waiting for another company's slow response for our new countertops, I searched for a competitor on an application where Provin was the first to reply. He requested my measurements, which I had already taken, and minutes later, sent me a Google Drive of his work and countertop options. I was overwhelmed by the exceptional service I received upfront, and I was eager for his crew to begin the next day. When I selected my countertop, Provin provided a close estimate with material costs and an estimated installation date. The crew began within a few days, and their work was flawless. They uninstalled the old countertops with care and precision, and our new kitchen was everything we dreamed of. Provin and his team were incredibly responsive throughout the installation process. They even provided an on-site plumber, so we didn't have to search for a different expert. Provin and his team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with their work.
