I've had the fortune of selecting Fernando and his team among a plethora of contractors available. They conducted a full renovation of my master bathroom from the 90s, which involved the removal of a soaker tub, replacement of several fixtures, floor and shower tiling, installation of new glass shower doors, a new stand-alone tub, and toilet, light fixtures, some electric, and painting. To save some money, we also painted the existing vanity and added new countertops and faucets, resulting in a stunning bathroom. Despite some holdups, I want to point out the following about my experience: 1) The contract was upheld, and Fernando and his team consistently worked on my project, provided products as agreed, kept me informed of any problems, and took responsibility for the promised and completed work. I found it helpful to share my detailed list of work scope and priorities which helped with coordination. 2) Fernando personally takes a keen interest in satisfying his clients and is passionate about design. He's open to clients' input, and his suggestions and ideas are given generously. He works diligently to ensure your satisfaction and spends a considerable amount of time consulting on details. 3) The team is helpful, present, responsible, skilled, and willing to tackle any requests for improvement, touch-ups, or redos cheerfully. 4) The costs were reasonable and dependent upon my material choices. Overall, the end result was stunning, exceeding my expectations.

Fernando and his team were truly outstanding. I completely renovated my bathroom and kitchen, which involved taking everything down to the studs. Unfortunately, some unexpected issues came up when the walls were opened up, but Fernando quickly addressed them. The final outcome exceeded my expectations and is simply superb.

Our house's front has been revitalized and modernized thanks to Fernando and his expert team. We adore the outcome, and are thrilled with the excellent work they've done. Fernando is skilled at combining elements that complement each other, yet still takes your preferences into account. We strongly recommend him.

The job is not yet complete, but I will update you. Thus far, I am thoroughly impressed. My half bath desperately needed a shower, which Fernando ingeniously installed. A significant amount of plumbing and electrical work was necessary, but his team completed it with excellence. The tile work is phenomenal, and the shower and sink hardware he selected are stunning. I highly recommend Fernando and his team and plan to use them for future renovation projects. They are professional, friendly, and fairly priced. I am thrilled with the results. THANK YOU!!
