Since November, our home has been undergoing upgrades and improvements. In May, we hired Eric for the job. We opted to replace all of the old windows with energy-efficient custom windows, as well as replacing doors. Eric was exceptionally courteous, professional, and friendly. He was very considerate of our schedules, particularly since I am currently working from home. Eric actually went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted and needed. Even though we had a guest over in the midst of the installation, the person was impressed enough to ask for the contractor information, even though the project wasn't even finished yet! From the beginning of the installation to the last bit of clean up, everything was top notch, making this the BEST contractor experience we have ever had. Thank you, Eric, for everything!

We are thrilled that we chose ProTex! Their true family-owned and operated business set them apart from other companies that falsely advertise as such. Eric and his son, along with another individual named Sasha, personally handled our complete installation process from start to finish. They did a fantastic job and even worked through the weekend to ensure completion before our upcoming trip out of town. We appreciated their careful attention to detail, such as protecting the glass and closing doors while working on the windows, especially since we have pets. The quality of the windows exceeded our expectations, and we were happy to have a matching screen door installed by the same manufacturer.
