A small area of the flat roof required replacement. Jacob was highly informed and detailed the procedure. He was truthful and informed me that the roof still had some life left. However, to comply with the homeowners insurance quotes, we decided to replace it. We received three quotations from various firms to repair the roof. Protek provided us with a quotation that was much lower than the other two for the same work and materials. After the work was completed, I had some inquiries and apprehensions. Jacob returned to examine and address each issue. I am very pleased with the service.
