It seems that this company in Prince William County, Virginia is owned and operated by a family. I needed to refinish and restain my steps, dining room, and living room in grey and decided to go with this company after comparing deals and ratings on CrackerJack. To summarize, the floor technician provided a sample stain on the floor, and I specifically asked if the final product would look like the sample, to which they confidently replied yes. However, after completion, the color was barely there. The company contacted me for the final fee, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the result. They agreed to wait until the following Monday to see if any improvements could be made. But then, one of the owners, Mike Blot, called me and aggressively denied that the color was off, alleging that it was what I had agreed to. He was unhelpful and rude, which made me hang up on him. Shortly after, I received rude and condescending texts from an anonymous number, which I believe was Mike Blot. The sender threatened to sue me if I filed a complaint or posted a negative review. In the end, my floors look light brown with some greenish-grey tint, which I despise. I have included pictures of the sample I chose and the actual result. To summarize, be cautious while dealing with this company if you're shopping on CrackerJack.

It was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The team installed 1800 sq ft of hardwood along with 700 ft of baseboard and quarter round. They also placed 20-25 sheets of plywood in 2 rooms to level the floor. Amazingly, they completed the job in a mere 3 days with the help of 6-8 experts. On the final day, only 2 individuals worked on minor finishing touches. I didn't even have to lift a finger as they rearranged the furniture while installing the flooring. In my opinion, this company is first-class.

Their prices were unbeatable and their response time was impressively quick, with Mike even making time in his busy schedule to address any concerns we had. They were incredibly flexible, sending out crews multiple times to accommodate our building needs and last-minute changes. Jodi provided excellent communication, consistently following up with updates on crew schedules. The workers themselves were polite, friendly, and always called before arriving, never causing any delays or excuses. Their work was relentless and thorough, always completing the task on time and leaving the site immaculate. Without hesitation, I will be calling them for any future needs without requesting quotes from anyone else.
