Through CrackerJack, I got in touch with PrpPCiT and received an instant reply. Over the phone, the owner evaluated the issue with my printer and advised me to take it to their place of business the following day (Saturday). The printer was repaired that same afternoon and the owner generously offered to let me pick it up on Sunday afternoon.
