After arranging a date and time for a flooring installation quote, the company failed to appear. In an attempt to confirm their arrival, I reached out to them, but received no response. This behavior is lacking in professionalism. If they cannot even honor a scheduled appointment, how can one trust them to complete the project without taking off with their money?
