Typically, I refrain from writing a review immediately after receiving a service, which in this case was provided in April 2022. I prefer to allow some time to pass and fully evaluate the outcome. However, I am happy to say that Pro Chimney Joe left me feeling satisfied with his extensive knowledge and high-quality parts and service. He demonstrated honesty by avoiding any attempts to up-sell me and did not overcharge me for his work. In fact, the cost was significantly more reasonable than other estimates I had received which were outrageously expensive. Moreover, he helped repair a previously inadequate job done on my fireplace cap by another vendor and now it is safe. He also replaced my chase cover and furnace cap and sealed the inside of my fireplace. Additionally, the fact that Pro Chimney offers a warranty is extremely beneficial. It is rare to come across a business with such admirable integrity, and I am truly grateful for their services.
