At Pro-Solutions, Marvin and I collaborated on pricing projects for my apartment building. My concern was the unsightly appearance of security bars on the 1st level windows. However, Marvin presented several alternatives and we agreed on seamlessly blending white bars for the interior, which hardly appear visible.
While I was on a trip, I received a tenant's complaint about water intrusion in the basement. Marvin quickly responded to the situation and worked brilliantly with the tenant, truly going above and beyond.
I am eagerly anticipating future projects with Marvin. Responsiveness is essential to me, and I have encountered unresponsive contractors before. Nevertheless, with Marvin, I don't have such worries.
