Greetings! I'm Kristina, the proud owner of Pro Push Fitness, a private personal training studio located in Gilbert, AZ. My specialty lies in creating 100% custom exercise and nutrition programs exclusively for you.

The customized exercise program entails complete fitness tracking, personalized assessment, expert training, and weekly goal setting. You can also expect monthly progress checks to keep you on track, daily accountability, and a private gym studio.

My custom-built nutrition program includes monthly one-on-one consultations with a nutritionist, personalized meal plans to help you reach your fitness goals, flexible eating, and full grocery lists. You can enjoy discounts on full meal prep services as well.

With more than 20 years of experience in Physical Fitness, Nutrition, and Recovery Therapies, I can guide you on your fitness journey regardless of where you are.

My personal training packages include a monthly fitness assessment, nutrition guidance & customized meal plans, one-on-one 30-minute nutrition consultation, and one monthly 55-minute stretch therapy session. You'll also get accountability, 24/7 mental and emotional support and guidance for non-training days. We also keep track of your weight, pictures, measurement & BF% to track your progress.

To begin, you can schedule a free, no-obligation assessment. Together, we establish your goals and needs, gather baseline data of body composition & photos, and determine your current fitness level through a baseline workout. I then give you my recommendations on how to achieve your goals.

I used to feel intimidated by gyms due to the variety of machines and the people. However, I decided to hire a personal trainer to guide me and that's when I was introduced to Pro Push Fitness. This gym has been amazing as it has helped me gain confidence and broaden my knowledge about exercises and the human body. Although I still have a long way to go, I'm making progress and that's what matters. I admire how this gym is family-owned and operated, and the staff are all kind and accepting, especially Kristina and her son who have been remarkable. This gym is not only affordable, but they genuinely love to help people. As a picky and self-conscious person and a member of the LGBT+ community, I highly recommend this place for its friendly and accepting atmosphere.
