Andrey exemplifies professionalism, precision, reliability, honesty, diligence, and dedication to delivering top-quality work. Additionally, his friendly demeanor enables him to deftly tackle any renovation challenge. When a tenant's home required partial bathroom renovations due to water damage, I enlisted Andrey's services. Although we initially planned for minor updates, our project eventually entailed replacing the majority of the floor down to the trusses. Despite the unpleasant conditions caused by the dank, putrid floor, Andrey handled the situation with grace. During my absence, Andrey kept me informed through video updates and sourcing the necessary materials, including a sturdy steel tub. He took great care to protect the other areas of the property and meticulously cleaned up after completing the work. As a final touch, he sent photos of the beautifully finished rooms. Andrey's excellent craftsmanship and reasonable pricing make him my go-to contractor for all future renovations.
