After our furnace started misbehaving, we requested an estimate and were pleased with Matt's professional and cordial demeanor. We chose their offer and the following day, Matt and Nolan arrived to install our system. They were great! Kelly also stopped by and they stayed until 6 o'clock, but we were finally warm. The next day, Matt stopped by while in the area to ensure everything was running smoothly, and it was! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

To obtain a second quotation for the replacement of our furnace and A/C unit, we contacted Matt from ProCare. His bid was nearly $1100 cheaper than that of a comparable bid from another firm. We scheduled the replacement, and within a week, they had installed our new system. They were prompt, tidied up our furnace room, and performed admirably. Additionally, they taught us about the capabilities of our new system and configured our thermostat. We had an excellent experience with them and would certainly recommend them to our acquaintances.
