Greetings! As an experienced yoga teacher and wellness practitioner, I offer a variety of services tailored to meet your specific needs. Private yoga sessions can be conducted at your home or workplace, with special event sessions suitable for small groups. I also provide yoga courses for your business employees. Intermediate and advanced practitioners are welcome to advance their practice with me. Beginners or those reigniting their yoga journey can count on me for support and guidance.

With specialization in yoga therapeutics, I create a personalized yoga experience to address injuries, posture correction or trauma recovery that matches your body, needs and goals.

In addition to yoga, I offer energy healing sessions aimed at resetting and rebalancing, reducing anxiety, improving overall body-mind health and connection. A free consultation precedes booking.
