Chef William provided an exceptional catering service for our birthday dinner in Palm Desert, and we were thoroughly impressed. His food was of the highest quality, with a creative and delicious menu that was thoughtfully prepared. In addition to his culinary expertise, he offered excellent service and attention to detail. Chef William clearly had an impressive knowledge of the cuisine, and shared fascinating historical information during the meal. We particularly loved his appetizers and the spectacular paella, and his chocolate cake was a hit. We must also commend his server/helper Shane, who was professional and attentive.
