We had an amazing culinary experience this past Saturday night when Chef Jacque prepared dinner for us. Despite traveling a long distance to cook for the six of us who were vacationing in Charleston, Jacque arrived on time and fully prepared. She kicked off the meal with delectable low country appetizers of crab cakes and sausage stuffed mushrooms, which set the stage for a fall salad and an outstanding entree of stuffed chicken, leek gratin potatoes, and haricot verts. To top off the meal, everyone appreciated Jacque's homemade French vanilla ice cream that accompanied her delicious chocolate bomb dessert. Chef Jacque's fantastic skills are only surpassed by her amiable, accommodating personality. Such a great evening left us highly recommending Jacque for a truly unparalleled culinary experience.
