Regrettably, my opinion of Pristine has changed and I feel compelled to update my review. Initially, I had a positive experience working with Jonathon, but that has since deteriorated. Since the installation of my pool approximately 13 months ago, the filter and pump have required replacement and I have experienced several leaks. Although Jonathon eventually rectified these issues, it took longer than anticipated. The patio installation by Brooks Landscaping - a subcontractor of Pristine - has been an ongoing problem. Sand continually enters my pool, hot tub, and home. Additionally, the pool blocks constantly fall into the pool, causing great inconvenience and embarrassment when entertaining guests. Despite numerous attempts to have the issue resolved, both Pristine and Brooks offer nothing but excuses and the situation remains unresolved. If you are in the market for a pool builder, I recommend exploring other options. While Jonathon is initially accommodating, once payment is received, communication and quality of service deteriorates. If I had known what to expect, I would have selected another pool builder. I am open to discussing this further if necessary.

After purchasing a house with a pool that had never been winterized, I initially thought it was beyond repair. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional work done by Pristine Pools.
