After discovering Pristine Pool Services on CrackerJack and reviewing their ratings, I opted to try their services. I was pleased with the professionalism of Derick who took the time to attentively listen to my concerns regarding a filter leakage. He informed me that solely the filter base needed replacing and promised to procure one, hence negating the necessity of an entire filter replacement. This proved to preserve the optimal functioning of my pool while saving me a considerable sum.
Although it took a few days to acquire the base, Derick promptly came to install it, ensuring that my pool was up and running efficiently. I will definitely be reaching out to Pristine for all future pool maintenance services.

Working with Derek was an excellent experience. He provided comprehensive instruction on how to manage my pool in his convenient Pool School, which I highly suggest for any new pool owner. Furthermore, he uncovered an issue with my DE filter and expertly disassembled it, finding a crack in the manifold and extremely filthy fins, indicating negligence by the prior home owner. Derek promptly located the necessary components for the repairs, and my DE filter was restored to a like-new condition, enabling me to resume my pool operations.
