Despite not having cleaned at West Point before, Tiffany (the owner) promptly responded and accommodated me as a resident. Deirdre, who conducted the cleaning, delivered exceptional results, leaving my home immaculately cleaned. She was also very friendly, timely, and enjoyable to be around. I strongly recommend this service and rate it 10/10.
