Pristine Air Services is a great local company that demonstrated punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy in solving the issues with my problematic furnace. Their attention to detail is commendable, and they have promised to return to perform the deferred maintenance work as soon as the ordered parts arrive. I never give out 5 stars to any business, but I have to say that P.A.S. deserves it across the board. Thank you for your excellent service!

Chuck exhibited professionalism, honesty, and expertise in all matters related to HVAC. The initial plan consisted of three services: a comprehensive air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and furnace maintenance/tune-up. Upon examining the air duct, Chuck informed us that it was not as dirty as we assumed, and we made the decision to forego the cleaning this time. As a result, we were able to save some cash for future cleanings and chose to solely proceed with the other two services. We will absolutely be calling on HVAC-services again in due course!

I requested their assistance for furnace servicing, although furnace mechanisms aren't my forte. Fortunately, Chuck was commendable in imparting his knowledge regarding its functions and warning signs. I plan to schedule another appointment when the climate is suitable for examining my air conditioning system, and I highly approve of their services! They're also affordable.

Pristine was our top choice for assessing our dryer vent because it had not been inspected in over 15 years. Chuck arrived looking extremely professional and handled our dogs well. He thoroughly examined everything, took numerous pictures, and provided us with his truthful evaluation! As it turned out, we didn't require any maintenance. Being that we had recently purchased new appliances, and everything was pristine! We were astounded by Pristine's meticulousness and honesty, and they didn't charge us for their services. We'd strongly suggest them, and we'll certainly contact them again when we need vent/HVAC help in the future!

Chuck was extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our furnace vent. He went above and beyond to explain the problem thoroughly and provided us with an estimate. Throughout the process, he maintained a high level of professionalism and even showed us pictures of the work he completed. I highly recommend him.
