The crew was fully staffed and had their tasks divided, allowing them to work efficiently while still paying attention to details. A team leader inspected the work, but a missed spot near the base of the litter box was discovered after they had finished. However, the client is confident that it will be addressed in the future.
Although their home had been cleaned by a different company just 10 days prior and they regularly vacuumed, the team from Priority Cleaning still found a shocking amount of dirt on their hardwood floors that had been missed before. They suspect that the previous cleaners didn't lift the edges of rugs, causing the dirt to be pushed underneath and left behind.
Despite this, the client was pleased with the results and appreciated the professionalism and organization of the crew. A tip was also given to have a step ladder available, so the crew could hand-wipe high surfaces instead of just dusting. Overall, the house smelled great and the client was satisfied with the service.
