In today's world, finding exceptional customer service can be a difficult task. However, Mel exceeded my expectations with the outstanding customer service he provided in repairing my HP OfficeJet printer and operating system. Prior to his arrival at my home, Mel effectively communicated his services in a responsive manner. Upon arrival, he presented himself in a professional manner and was fully equipped to complete the promised work. Throughout the repair process, Mel remained efficient, courteous, and informative. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. They advised me to either save up for a new printer or simply download an app to scan documents from my phone in order to avoid spending unnecessary money on repairs. This experience showed me that the company genuinely cares about its customers and doesn't try to take advantage of them. I highly recommend their services and am grateful for their assistance. Mel was kind and friendly, although he arrived later than originally agreed upon. However, he communicated promptly about rescheduling when necessary. He arrived on time for the new appointment. My printer only had a minor issue (a necklace stuck inside), but he was able to fix it smoothly. While I did not give him five stars due to the rescheduling and the relatively minor issue with my printer, I appreciated his knowledge and kindness. I do think that $90 flat rate outside of Orange County is a bit expensive, particularly as not all printers have major issues, but I knew his fee going into the transaction. Overall, I would recommend him to others.
