His holistic approach to overall health and fitness, which holds significance to me, is commendable. Their fitness equipment is new, clean, and much more ergonomic compared to the typical gym equipment. Patrick deserves more thank you's than I can possibly give, and five stars just don't cut it! I was in a major fitness slump, hating my workouts and struggling to motivate myself to make the necessary changes. But when I began working with Patrick, everything turned around. I told him what I wanted - toned arms, a Kim K booty, and a smaller waist - and he created a customized workout plan that targeted those areas specifically. This was the first time I'd ever had a workout tailored to my own goals, and it made a huge difference. But beyond the workouts themselves, the real treasure was our training relationship. Patrick was an amazing accountability partner, pushing me to redo sets when I didn't do them correctly and correcting my form to target the muscle groups I needed. He became the motivation I needed to keep going to the gym and truly make progress. If you're looking for a fitness professional who is supportive, non-judgmental, and truly knows what they're doing, Patrick is your guy. I can never thank him enough for helping me get where I wanted to be!

I have collaborated with Patrick for over five years now. Initially, due to my physical disability, I was unsure of my ability to perform many activities or routines. However, Patrick's expertise proved me wrong. He developed tailor-made workout plans that worked within my physical limitations and discovered safe ways of pushing my body. Initially, I was unable to do something as basic as a squat. But today, thanks to the training routine put in place for me, I can undertake exercises I never thought possible just a few years ago.
