Description:
The minimum charge for window cleaning is $59 for 5 windows. The pricing for 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 windows are $110, $159, $210, $259, and $310, respectively. The cost includes screen cleaning as well. However, for more than 30 screens, an additional $20 charge will apply. I clean the trim with a wet towel, and wipe the screens separately with another towel to remove dust. These prices cover both inside and outside cleaning, and are applicable for 1-story houses. Please contact Nick to schedule cleaning services. Note that prices for pressure washing may differ.
