Multiple issues arose with our new mini-split units, leading to repeated visits from the company to rectify the problems. This has left us anxious regarding the durability of the units. It remains unclear whether the issues were due to product faults or installation processes. Initially, the company was quite prompt in their response to our concerns, but unfortunately, during the latest incident, we were left to resolve the problem independently, as we received no response whatsoever.
