When my sister needed to swap out her thermostat, Roy was among the responders. I outlined our requirements to him, and he presented us with various options to choose from. With the temperature dropping, I was keen on getting the replacement as soon as possible. Once we agreed on a price, Roy was able to finish the job the following day without any additional charge, even though it was a weekend.
