I made the mistake of being too trusting and paid the small business in full after our initial meeting. Despite the seemingly pleasant interaction, we were met with disappointment. We repeatedly rescheduled the service date at the owner's discretion, and any attempts to contact her were ignored. It wasn't until weeks later that I decided to request a refund, only to receive a text stating that half of my money would be kept despite no services being rendered and her canceling on me. In order to receive any communication from her, I had to take legal action. Ultimately, I sued and received a full refund. I would advise against using this business due to unprofessional behavior and an overall inconvenient experience.

After Tammy's visit, we conversed and I showed her around my home. We discussed my ambitions and how we could incorporate organization into my routine. That evening, I decided to hire her as my organizer. She possesses a friendly demeanor and shows thoughtfulness towards my needs. I anticipate the opportunity to work alongside her as we tackle my household clutter.
