I was apprehensive about using CrackerJack for my home project, but after a flawless experience, I am now scheduling the replacement of our entire first floor with Prieto Flooring. The owner, Felipe, was quick to respond and his impressive portfolio convinced me to choose his company. Communication through CrackerJack was seamless, scheduling was easy, and the attention to detail during installation was impeccable. In addition, Felipe was tidy throughout the job and my husband was pleasantly surprised with the finished project upon his return from a business trip. The premium plank flooring recommended by Felipe's supplier is of exceptional quality and worth the investment. Their work in removing 3 layers of linoleum tile and replacing it with vinyl planks was exceptional. I would not hesitate to refer them to loved ones and enlist their services for future flooring endeavors.
