Upon submitting a CrackerJack request, I received a prompt response from Jesus who came to provide an estimate on the same day. The work was scheduled for the following week and it was all completed in just one day, even though my yard in South Minneapolis was small. At first, I considered it a luxury but now I realize that I will never attempt to grow grass from seed or lay sod without a sprinkler system again. Nonetheless, I would suggest laying driplines in the spring when plants are smaller and more manageable.

Their performance was splendid, and they adhered to the schedule. They possessed expertise in managing any on-site complications. They demonstrated tremendous patience and comprehensiveness in clarifying all our inquiries. Their customer service was exceptional.

I am extremely content with the decision to hire Prestige Landscape & Irrigation! They came twice to repair and relocate multiple sprinkler heads. Additionally, they provided valuable suggestions regarding water duration and spray patterns.

In order to construct a fence, I needed my sprinkler lines to be repositioned away from the property line. Initially, I considered handling the task myself, but decided to inquire about the cost of hiring a professional. I reached out to the company that had originally installed my irrigation system, but their attitude left something to be desired. Despite the fact that the house was newly built, they appeared offended that I needed their work to be tweaked. To add insult to injury, one of their employees advised me to do as much excavation as possible to cut down on expenses—an action that completely counteracted my desire to hire someone else to do the job. I eventually sought out Prestige, and Jesus came out right away to evaluate the situation, providing me with an estimate and a timeframe for completing the work. To my delight, the job was finished with the week and my sprinklers were perfectly positioned. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and would definitely recommend their services!
