Two individuals visited and observed that the door was not sanded adequately before painting, resulting in a noticeable ripple. In order to fix it, additional wood putty and sanding were required; however, it seems that the individual did not have enough time to allow the paint coat to dry. Despite this, I was charged the full amount of $120.
