Having recently removed an old stovepipe and repaired the resulting hole in our roof, Rafael displayed remarkable efficiency in completing the job to a high standard. Throughout the entire process, he maintained great communication and responsiveness, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Rafael undertook two assignments for me. Firstly, he fitted safety anchors on the roof. He then proceeded to substitute all the vent boots with 24 gauge metal boots, as the existing ones installed during the home construction had started to decay and were not appropriately sealed. Rafael also captured pictures and video of the task, provided lucid elucidation of the necessary actions, and issued a warranty certificate for both the projects. If I have any future roofing predicaments, I will undoubtedly contact Rafael.
