Premier Windows & Glass demonstrated excellent responsiveness, friendliness, and efficiency. Our experience working with the team to replace some foggy and condensated glass in a window with a broken seal was wonderful. The team's communication was crystal-clear, and they went the extra mile by engaging us in friendly conversations during their visits and even retrieving a newspaper that we had yet to pick up outside. As I was working from home during the installation, the two workers were independent and considerate of my presence. The pricing was competitive, and we were able to replace the glass within a week and a half of the initial visit, including a 10-year warranty for $260 with no hassle. We would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire Premier Windows & Glass again.

This company deserves a 5-star rating without a doubt. They successfully tackled the challenge of fixing our arch window with a complex framework, which was no easy feat. To prevent the house from freezing, they initially removed the internal frame and preserved one pane. Afterwards, they built and expertly reinstalled the window to precise specifications. The result was a flawless job at an affordable price, for which I am incredibly thankful.
