My request was promptly answered by Matt who responded in less than 10 minutes, while CrackerJack took 4 hours to reply. I handed over my computer and received a text from Matt the next day detailing the issue and potential solutions. Although I couldn't collect my PC that day, we arranged a pick-up for the next day. Additionally, I had expected to pay the default price for my PC boot repair but was pleasantly surprised to only be charged half the amount. Overall, I would definitely return to Preferred Computer Solutions if in need of computer repair services in the future.
