Promptness and Timeliness. I sent a message on Saturday 1/1 and received a response the very next day on Sunday 1/2. The service provider arrived on time as scheduled. The charges for the services were reasonable. They steam cleaned my two sofas, love seat and chair, which now look brand new. However, I contacted another company to have my rugs cleaned and within 10 minutes, they arrived and efficiently completed the job.
