Shawn provided exceptional service when I experienced difficulty with my gaming PC. I kept getting stuck in the blue screen upon bootup. Upon my initial text, he responded nearly immediately. He listened carefully to my concerns and took the necessary time to truly diagnose the issue rather than impulsively suggest solutions.
