Precision Home Care

On October 15th, I entered into a contract with a vendor to conduct a skim coating job in four rooms which should have ended on October 28th. Unfortunately, the job is still incomplete and I have been unsuccessful in reaching the contractor. Despite receiving almost half of the payment, the contractor did not work consistently, making excuses for why they couldn't come in. I even hired a manager to oversee the project while I underwent surgery and rehabilitation but they were unable to get the contractor to complete the job. It is now January and I am left with an unfinished project causing distress and preventing other workers from starting. I plan to take legal action and sue the contractor in small claims court. I wish companies like CrackerJack would conduct thorough background checks on the professionals they allow to post on their site.

Our condo needed some last-minute painting before it was shown to a potential buyer in just four days. Thankfully, Jim was able to provide an in-home estimate, gather all necessary materials, and begin the job the very next day. Not only did he finish the job on time, but he also proved to be an honest, reasonably priced, punctual, and skillful painter. We were especially grateful for Jim's helpful suggestions on how we could improve the appeal of our home in an affordable way. He never pressured us into doing anything, but we took him up on his advice and were pleased with the results. Heather, the representative in the office, was a pleasure to work with and kept us well informed on the job's progress. In the end, our home looked fantastic and we received an offer the day after the showing. Thanks to Jim and his team, we were able to make a great first impression on our potential buyer.

Upon returning home after a long day, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful sight and aroma that greeted me. The floors shone brilliantly, and the stove gleamed radiantly. Despite the disorderly state of my abode, with air conditioning units abandoned on the floor and unpacked boxes aplenty, Heather persevered and performed an outstanding job. Her work ethic is truly remarkable, and I wholeheartedly endorse her services.
