Working with Precision Finishing was an excellent experience. Jared's expertise was fantastic! Instead of replacing the cabinets, they saved me money by painting them brilliantly. The apartment was painted in a color I adore. There are some additional renovations in the unit that I'm still working on, and I'll submit photos later. Although it was my initial time hiring Precision Finishing, I would use their services again in a heartbeat. Despite Jared's busy schedule, he is excellent at communicating and giving a realistic timeline for the project's start and finish.

The drywall repair worker performed exceptionally well in patching up my drywall and completing a job that had been abandoned by a handyman. In addition, he also resolved a few lingering issues. When I expressed my apprehension regarding the rough texture of the surface for tiling, he went out of his way to pay me a visit on his day off to address my concerns, keeping my convenience in mind. Upon reassessment, he found a single area that needed further attention and explained how the mortar would remedy any other imperfections. They truly exceeded my expectations.

In short, I'm so pleased with Jared and his team that I've already booked them again! From finishing my basement and remodeling 4 bathrooms, to installing lighting and building furniture, they were flexible and exceeded my expectations. After experiencing extreme cold, the nails that held up the drywall on my 2nd floor ceilings became loose, causing them to sag. I contacted Precision Finishing and they arrived promptly on the same day. Recognizing the urgency of the issue, they sent a crew to re-secure my entire 2nd floor drywall ceilings the very next day before the start of the holiday weekend. I highly recommend this great company.
