My dryer had been making terrible noises for months and, despite being 8 years old, I was unsure whether it was worth fixing. Another company I contacted wanted to charge me a minimum of $245 for labor, and I even had the cheapest dryer in my HomeDepot cart ready to purchase for a steep $700 after tax, installation, and removal of the old dryer. But before hitting "buy", I decided to give Precision a call and speak to Arlin. He impressed me with his honesty and passion for his work, and because he doesn't charge a minimum labor fee, I agreed to let him take a look. He convinced me that repairing the dryer was indeed worthwhile, and I'm so glad I trusted him! For a total cost of $225, including parts, my dryer is now running smoothly and I'm thrilled to have avoided contributing to landfill waste. Thanks, Precision!

Arlin diligently attempted to fix our over-the-range microwave during three visits, but unfortunately, the Kenmore product, which was manufactured in China, was of poor quality. In response, Arlin ordered a new Maytag microwave, which he will install for us next week. His three previous trips to our house were approximately 60 miles each, and he will travel another 60 miles for the installation.
