At 10 am, I sent a message to ask about their estimated time of arrival since there was a 2-hour window allocated. Even if they were to be delayed by weather conditions, I should have been notified by 10. There was no response even after waiting for 20 minutes, so I decided to make a phone call to check if they were still planning on coming. Finally, the repair personnel arrived, but it was already after 11 am.
