My physical training has exclusively taken place at home with the help of a dedicated trainer, Nathan. While I have had two other trainers in the past six years, they do not compare to Nathan's skillset. Nathan has a deep understanding of physical training, accurately assesses my physical condition, and invests time in understanding my personality to tailor his approach to my needs.
