Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Al, I recently spoke to him and requested that he arrange a meeting with my daughter to install electrical outlets in the bedroom of our nearly century-old home. According to my daughter, Al conducted himself in a professional manner and was transparent about what he could accomplish and his pricing.
