For the past ten years, I have been coaching individuals in various forms of exercise, including resistance training, speed and agility, and rehabilitative exercise. Additionally, I also specialize in flexibility, mobility, nutrition, lifestyle/behavioral change, and sport-specific and aerobic exercise, often providing meal plans and scheduling options. Furthermore, I have been training individuals in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for nearly three years. My clientele includes professional and collegiate athletes from UCLA and beyond, as well as individuals from all over the world, primarily in the LA/North Hollywood area. My program allows for a minimal time commitment of only three hours per week without compromising on maximizing results. I have a private gym in my apartment where I train clients or can also train them via FaceTime in the comfort of their own homes. All you need to do is show up, put in the work and I will be there to optimize your workout and help achieve your fitness goals together.
To motivate consistent training, I offer lower rates for more frequent sessions.
