Our top priority is maintaining exceptional standards, and we achieve this by working closely with you to ensure that we meet your specific needs. We employ highly trained professionals who take pride in the quality of their service and receive a higher per-hour rate than many staffing agencies, while our rates remain competitive.
For parties larger than 50 guests, we require a barback or second bartender depending on the size of the event to ensure the best service. We highly recommend waitstaff, which can be provided at a rate of $45/hour.
We offer two ways to book our services. Our standard quote includes professional polished attire, buckets for display, all bar tools, napkins and straws, a garnish platter prepared ahead of time, assistance with planning and menu, and 1-2 specialty cocktail services using basic mixers like simple syrup, triple sec, lemon and lime juice. Alternatively, we offer a full-service option (sans alcohol) where we provide all of the above, as well as juices, mixers, cups, pitchers, etc. at an additional cost.
We also offer a variety of additional items and services, including beautifully presented bars that blend with your scene/theme, fresh juice for cocktail creations, supplies upon request, ice estimation and delivery, glassware and plasticware rental, wine glass rental, margarita glass rental, five-gallon infused water dispensers, and organic, infused herbal tea.
We specialize in champagne and mimosa bars for brunches, martini bars, and hosted morning-after themes like Bloody Mary/Michelada tables, and can provide staff in formal attire, cocktail dresses, chef jackets, and/or themed attire at your request.
We pride ourselves on personalized service and will work with you to ensure that we meet your specific needs. We will contact you prior to the event to answer any questions and make any necessary changes to your service. Please note that setup for portable bars includes 30 minutes, and additional time may be required if your bar stock is heavy.
For venues with an on-premises bar, we require 30 minutes for setup (hourly rate billed) unless this is done prior to service. Our quote includes an hourly rate for labor and cleanup, and we will leave the bar area packed, clean, and tidy.

Working with Stephi is an exceptional experience. Her creativity in planning my boyfriend's 30th birthday party was unmatched; I couldn't have thought of such unique ideas myself. Her jungle juice was a crowd favorite! Additionally, Stephi tended the bar at my boyfriend's dad's event, managing over 100 guests and keeping spirits high throughout the night. It's impossible to exaggerate our family's happiness with PourEss! Stephi and her team are truly exceptional. Previously, I had employed CrackerJack in the same area, however, PourEss far surpassed their quality of work and level of professionalism. We enlisted them for bartending and serving at our event. Stephanie went above and beyond my expectations - her margaritas were a definite hit! To make sure everything went smoothly, I decided to hire an extra staff member, Sabrina, and it was definitely worth the investment. Together, Stephanie and Sabrina kept the food service area neat and clean, while ensuring the bar looked beautiful. Thanks to their efforts, there was very little clean-up to do at the end of the night. To top it off, they even took the initiative to plate up the leftover food for guests to take home. Both ladies were constantly on the move, which meant I could relax and enjoy the party without worrying about the food or drinks. I definitely look forward to working with Stephanie and Sabrina again in the future.
