Despite the fact that Jon was highly responsive, I had an issue with the fact that he only communicated through email. However, I understand that for his company, this is a more efficient way to keep track of jobs. Jon was prompt in completing the initial work. He outsourced the removal of a massive tree that was over 75ft and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the third-party company's overall work. They unreasonably delayed the timing and moved it around without notice, and their pricing was quite high. Moreover, their cleanup job was terrible. I informed Jon about this and I hope he refrains from using them again. Nonetheless, Jon performed his task swiftly and efficiently, meeting expectations! He also unhesitatingly tore down a deck which nobody else was willing to work on. Additionally, all his other work was well-executed. I highly recommend Jon and Potomac Lawn & Home, and I would certainly consider working with him again in the future.
