Great job done! They were highly responsive right from the start of the project. They were punctual and worked ceaselessly throughout the day to complete the job. Unlike other contractors, they did not leave any muddy prints on the pool deck and did not wreak havoc on the grass and landscaping. Moreover, the work area was organized and neat. They even went the extra mile to construct a small retaining wall and provide support on the posts of the pergola to address the issue of rot damage. I would definitely hire them again, considering their reasonable charges.

Juan provided me with an outstanding experience. His professionalism and excellent work experience and ethics were notable. Although I wanted to select all five criteria - including value, punctuality, professionalism, quality of work, and more - I was limited to choosing just three. Juan and his partner did an outstanding job transforming my backyard. Juan is attentive to detail and ensures all work is completed to perfection. Despite the severity of my water erosion issue, Juan's price was significantly lower than my other quotes from three separate contractors. He even examined the work of a previous landscaper, and was happy to utilize the same materials so that he could charge me for labor only. Juan is an excellent problem-solver who always prioritizes customer needs and input. Thanks to Mr. Portillo's work, my Christmas holiday has been especially cheerful, and my house is now ready to go on the market.

Portillo Landscaping provided an incredible experience! They were able to level and construct a new retaining wall complete with steps in just 2 1/2 days.
